In order for us to provide the services you book from us, we need to collect some data from you. This might range from email address (for our newsletter) to name, address and payment details if you book a course. Our purpose for collecting this data is solely for providing the services you booked. We will never sell or give your personal information to any third party. We will carefully store your information. And you can always contact us if you have concerns or want to update your information.

Personal data we collect

We collect personal data when you are making use of our services and/or when you provide those to us yourself. For example: if you sign up for our email newsletter we collect and save your email address. If you create a profile on our website we also store your name. If you buy any of our services we need to collect more data, like address and payment details. If you’re a business customer we need even more data, like business name & VAT number. If you’re in a group course we might use Facebook for this, so we will connect with your chosen Facebook profile.

  • Other personal data you might provide to us, for example by creating an account on our website, or by corresponding with us

  • Data about your activity on our website

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us and we will delete this information.

Purpose of collecting this data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

– Handling your payment

– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure

– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services

– Inform you about changes to our services and products

– To deliver goods and services to you

– We analyze your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

– We also process personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

We do not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without human intervention.

How long we store personal data

We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We keep your invoice for a maximum of seven years, in order to comply with the legal obligations from the tax authorities. We store substantive data about your intake, correspondence or sessions for up to 12 months after our last contact moment. By observing this retention period, we can offer you the necessary aftercare if necessary.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remains responsible for these processing operations.

We use functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Return & Cancellation Policy

After date of transaction, you will have 14 calendar days to cancel your order. 
Exception: product has already been consumed (like a webinar or course)
